Jellybean

Thanks to everyone who came along to Jellybean’s final gig, 20 April 2012 at the White Lion, Chesterfield Road, Sheffield. It was a real night to remember – lots of dancing, whooping, and I think a good time had by all.

We’ve had some memorable gigs over the last four or so years, and have met some wonderful people along the way. We all feel that it’s time to focus on different musical projects for now. However, we are planning a recording of our most popular tunes before we do go our separate ways – as soon as we have that, we’ll post it up here.

Back once again … but with our new drummer, Dan with us for his first pub gig (a private party already under his belt).

Following a new bass player (Nick) and new drummer coming along in 2011, this is now a line up that we’re all really happy with and hope can continue for some time. We can promise a more groovy sound than ever – come along and have a dance!

It’s free entry on the night, but we’ll be collecting for a great cause – a sitting service for elderly folks.

This gig is in aid of two excellent charities:
1. ASSIST – a Sheffield based charity that helps destitute asylum seekers with temporary accomodation, provisions etc. Basically keeping vulnerable people off the streets.

We were really pleased to be invited back to Clifford School Summer Fair, to provide some tunes whilst kids danced, adults knocked back wine, ice creams were eaten, and glorious sunshine enjoyed.
